Brett Billings FNP and team are positive, upbeat and professional. I love the business model. By paying a monthly membership fee, I have access to Brett and everyone else at all times. I feel seen and heard in the office rather than seeing a practitioner who has daily quotas to reach and looks at their watch while I’m discussing a health concern.
The care, compassion and attention to their patients is unmatched. The entire staff are friendly and supportive in every way. Having an autoimmune disease is tricky to manage but with Brett and his entire team, I feel supported, heard and I know that not only myself, but my entire family get the best care with them. I highly recommend Rise Direct Primary Care!
