All I can say is wow, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, detox's, and psych facilities for drug abuse for years. I had recently gotten off of fentanyl and Xanax in a psych facility and had one last battle to go through to get off of the prescription methadone I had been taking for the last year. The staff was incredible and where so helpful and they love sitting down and talking you through whatever your going through. My stay was the best and thanks!!!
My body did not do well on the ketamine drip. I had a very bad reaction to it. I was told that I was in the minority and this didn’t usually happen to most patients. Apparently, most of the patients handle the ketamine drip very well. But that was not my personal experience and that’s why I’m only giving it 3 stars. Such a lovely experience with absolutely lovely people! Ashley RN has been the MOST AMAZING! So personable, friendly, and so incredibly caring. As well as Jo RN, she helped me in a very dark time of need. Dr. Justin Hulin is so caring and really takes the time to get to know and understand his patients for who they are as people not just another patient number. Truly an amazing staff and facility from top to bottom. I wasn’t sure what to expect upon arrival, but was comfortable through my detox from the time I got there until the time that I left. I can’t remember all the names, but Taylor (night nurse) and John (daytime advocate) were super helpful throughout my stay and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable during my stay.
