I was hopeful and optimistic. The behavior of management is inauthentic towards families. Management values profit. I took my kid elsewhere. Your kid is worth it they deserve a center that is there for the right reasons. Not as a business venture.
Clean place. Heavy phone usage and personal conversation among staff while doing sessions & sitting around while kids play. There were some staff working.
I observed billing practices in which insurance was charged for direct therapy time while technicians were completing documentation rather than providing face-to-face service.
Can't quite put my finger on it, but its a very sketchy place. Staff seems ingenuine. I ended up choosing a place that was super transparent and honest witch research, billing, insurance, assessments and so on and so forth. Just my opinion but i felt the need to leave a review in case others felt this way.
