This program changed my life for the better, I will forever hold the staff in my heart. The opportunity of coming here was the blessing I never knew I needed. Thank you all for what you do 🫶

While I don't doubt this program benefits some people, that was not the case for me. I felt like I was in elementary school and had a babysitter. They have you introduce yourself, fill out worksheets, do childish art projects like coloring and some light exercise. None of which helped me in the slightest. I didnt need elementary school activities. I needed answers and support that I was not going to get here. If the program doesnt work for you, they make you out to be difficult and non-complient. I checked myself in to this program because I was feeling suicidal, I was denied reasonable accommodation for my disability and was expelled from the program and I left feeling more suicidal than when I'd first come to them.

Rise won’t be the best fit for everyone. That’s okay. The program helped me quite a bit.
