Had to wait over 5 hours to be taken back however the nurse that took me back was AMAZING I told her thank you twice someone give her a raise!!!!
They are amazing here and actually really care. You dont feel like a number. The only issue I had was after I was released they didnt put in for the final blood panel I was suposed to get and I was stopped at the info station and the charge nurse refused to acknowledge my situation. But 1 bad situation should overshadow the entire experience. I have used them many times and this was my 1st hick-up with them.
I was very pleased with the care I was given and respect from the staff. And doctor were extremely nice and really wanted to help me would always go to the holy family er
It was the worst experience ever extremely unprofessional..
