While I don't doubt this program benefits some people-that was not the case for me. I felt like I was in elementary school. They have you introduce yourself, fill out DBT worksheets, do childish art projects like coloring and do light exercise. None of which helped me in the slightest. I didnt need elementary school activities... I needed answers and support that I was not going to get here. If the program doesnt work for you... they make you out to be difficult and non-complient. I checked myself in to this program because I was feeling suicidal, I was denied reasonable accommodation for my disability and was expelled from the program and I left feeling more suicidal than when I'd first come to them.

Rise won’t be the best fit for everyone. That’s okay. The program helped me quite a bit.

literally hated this place with a passion. staff was not caring, it didn’t really add anything to my knowledge after being inpatient for 8 weeks, so it was a waste of time. do not recommend- go to imagine.

I attended the RISE program offered by Providence in Spokane and found the experience deeply disappointing, to the point that I ultimately decided to quit the program early. I found it so unhelpful that continuing felt like a waste of time. The program’s lack of professionalism, substance, and meaningful support was apparent from the start and only worsened as it progressed.
