They are horrible at communicating. You play the same team every week, and a lot of times don’t have enough players to play and play 3 on 3 or 4 on 4.
Unfortunately the teams are not equally formed, and good sportsmanship is not seen at the coaches level. Coaches should be leaders not flipping their shirts up unable to have an adult conversation.
