Take the reviews that criticize the front desk workers with a grain of salt. They are part time college students who work very hard while also studying. There are alot of residents who haven't grasped that packages are not their only job and could benefit from having some empathy. I personally think residents who expect far too much are the reason this building still have room to improve. Shout out to the girls at the front desk who are the reason RISE is the best building downtown.
The rise is such an amazing apartment complex. Everything was absolutely perfect and i would’ve given it a 5/5 but i did not mainly because of the blonde woman who works in the front. i say this with complete confidence, i have never met person as rude as this women. not only did she always have such an attitude, but one day when i was rushing to get to the airport for my flight, i asked if she could get my package for me so i would have it in time. she said no and purposely made me wait an extra 55 minutes to get my package... read more
Beautiful building and friendly staff!
College Renters beware. The rise is an unethical company that pads the students accounts with excessive cleanup and other non existent charges, at the end of their leases. Its been going on for years and they have been getting away with murder. Renters complained about non working utilities for months before it was addressed. You have been warned!!
