I ordered 2 rolls online for pick this past Saturday. The estimated pickup time shown on the website was 7:55 PM, and I arrived early at 7:45 PM. After about 20 minutes waiting, I realized my order might have been lost, so I asked her to verify — and I saw her printing my order at that moment. Horrible service, took 15 minutes to get seated for a reservation, refused to be moved when the ceiling was leaking. Line out the door and plates piled up everywhere. Left and went elsewhere.
