I lift weights 6 days a week, and if it wasn’t for Jennifer’s magic hands my body would be a hot mess. She gives, hands down the best massage you’ll ever receive. She is extremely thorough and takes her time in assessing what’s best for your body’s needs, and her recommendations are always on point. Jennifer is excellent and I highly recommend her.

Jennifer is hands down the only person I would trust with my body. She gives the BEST massages depending on what your body needs and she gives a comprehensive first visit and will be able to recognize past injuries and compensations without you even saying anything. Jennifer is wonderful. I came in with neck muscle spasms, upper back muscle knots, shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I have been 3x now and always feel better afterwards and plan to continue going back. She's very knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and all massage techniques. She is also very knowledgeable in many other areas of health and wellness. If you want to improve on health and wellness, see Jennifer, you will not regret it! 10/10
