Attended Marta's pilates class - excellent teacher and awesome workout!
Enjoyed a couple sauna sessions while I was in town. It was so lovely. Staff are extremely kind. Studio is peaceful and lovely. Sauna and shower very clean. Will be coming back! Would love to take yoga next time too!
1.5 hour massage with Abraham was AMAZING. Abraham has a wonderful connection and skills with massage and understanding your needs. Highly recommend

Rise and Be Well has become my go to place for all of my self-care needs! I highly recommend the Lucia light therapy; I have been doing sessions every week for over a year and it has become my favorite service there. The float tank and new sound bed are great services too! Plus yoga classes, sauna and cold plunge tank, there is something for everyone.
