Rise and Be Well has become my go to place for all of my self-care needs! I highly recommend the Lucia light therapy; I have been doing sessions every week for over a year and it has become my favorite service there. The float tank and new sound bed are great services too! Plus yoga classes, sauna and cold plunge tank, there is something for everyone.
The owner is supportive of artist and vendors, she is very kind and helpful and I highly recommend her boutique. I recommend the sound healing classes from the owner herself but recommend avoiding the others
The staff was super helpful Ryan is the best. the massage from Bethany put me to sleep.
Amazing place. I love the spa amenities that are available to add on to a massage. They serve as a perfect compliment and are especially cool because they are private. But the real reason I love it is one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever received from Suriya (sp?) I’m not sure how to spell his name; but I know I love receiving his talented bodywork and can feel the intuition and love in his touch. Relieved my pain that many other massages did not. Thank you so much! So grateful 🙏🙌
