I greatly enjoyed my experience with their float/deprivation tank! I previously had a float tank experience in a different city that left a bad taste in my mouth but Rise and Be Well was the redemption I needed. Every detail was thought through with care and mindfulness, they really did think of everything from ear plugs, neck pillows, lotion, even single use Qtips. I loved the float tank. 30 minutes was plenty for first timers and my body aches definitely feel better after.
Excellent service, all the staff was great and we are looking forward to our next visit.
Loved my first class in a long long time. Will be back. Not intimidating the participants were amazing and our teacher was so nice and friendly I love her! Will be back again soon!
