I have always been going to Rise and Be Well for a few years now. They have great massage therapists. One in particular who I am seeing right now is Jessica M. She is amazing. Not only can she detect troubled part of the human body, she even educates you. She then concentrates on the issues. Now, that's a real caring person. :)
I received a wonderful Lucia Light and Emotional Clearing session from Ryan Marie and I feel a huge shift in my energy and mood. During the session we worked on stuck emotions in my organs, released them and strengthened my energy field. Then I laid under the Lucia Light and witnessed many different kaleidoscopic patterns and colors knowing that the light was working to reprogram my brain with my positive intentions. Best place in Fort Bragg for self care. Amazing sauna rooms, looks like their cold / hot tubs are also pretty sweet. I can’t wait to try massage and some yoga. Wish I found this place sooner.
