Scott did a phenomenal job on my half sleeve koi fish. I will most certainly be going to rise above every time I need ink done. Great atmosphere clean friendly people.
Rise Above is hands down my favorite go-to parlor! They are not only hygienic, polite but also takes business seriously & professionally.
