I wouldn’t recommend this crooked company to build a dog house. How many times has the name changed many too many to count! Always heard that the work isn’t up to code and always a half way done job! Never this companies fault. They need to clean house and can start with the VP ‘s. Now... this is just my opinion, however I would much rather deal with a Christian based company!! Don’t you just love freedom of speech!!!

Oxford West Apts, Oxford, Ohio - we are year round residents and for the biggest part of our time living here has been good - there seems to be a problem with maintenance when a service call has been placed for them getting here promptly and making repairs that resolve the problems and them being done correctly the first time. Management personnel are terrific - no problem with them - it's the repair maintenance personnel.

Love Chartre Oaks! The Staff is very helpful and they do what they can to keep their tenants happy. I’m always updated with need to know info and I️ just renewed my lease this morning. :).
