Got up at 4:30 am and 56 degrees inside, and 20 degrees outside on Saturday 01/11/25. Derek came out within a half hour or so. He was super nice, informative, and found problem right away. Have heat back , and he showed me what I needed to do, to keep heat going until it can be fixed on Monday. Extremely satisfied!! Thank you Great customer service, highly recommended!!
This crew does excellent work. Recently had a garage heater installed , we had a good plan and they went way above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect and seamless. Would highly recommend Risch heating and A/C
Woke up to no heat in the house on a Saturday right after a horrible winter storm. Called a few places before finding Risch. Derek was at the house within an hour and found and fixed the problem quickly. Within 30 minutes the furnace blower motor was back running. I will be using Risch for any future HVAC needs.
Very professional, great service reasonable price
As a small business owner with refrigeration needs, these guys are by far the best I've found in the area. They fit me in almost immediately. Found the problem and fixed it the right way and in a timely manner, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Will definitely be using them in the future for refrigeration needs and will be referring them to anyone I know.
