We are very grateful for Risch Heating. Our furnace broke at 9 pm on a Friday night when it was below zero. They were able to come out within the hour for a small service fee. Thankfully, they had a part for our 25 year old heater and was able to repair it that evening. After talking with the repair guy, we decided it would be best to buy a new furnace. Got up at 4:30 am and 56 degrees inside, and 20 degrees outside on Saturday 01/11/25. Derek came out within a half hour or so. He was super nice, informative, and found problem right away. Have heat back , and he showed me what I needed to do, to keep heat going until it can be fixed on Monday. Extremely satisfied!! Thank you Great customer service, highly recommended!!
This crew does excellent work. Recently had a garage heater installed , we had a good plan and they went way above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect and seamless. Would highly recommend Risch heating and A/C
Woke up to no heat in the house on a Saturday right after a horrible winter storm. Called a few places before finding Risch. Derek was at the house within an hour and found and fixed the problem quickly. Within 30 minutes the furnace blower motor was back running. I will be using Risch for any future HVAC needs.
