I was honestly blown away by the professionalism without the loss of kindness, comfort, and personal attention. From the moment you walk in the door you feel like they want to help you. Amazing let me tell you save my tooth and help me get back to my schedule all in pain I just walked in the door they help me immediately help me with the better idea than I had originally which was going to extract a tooth they saved my to a rebuilt it oh my gosh I can't explain how happy I am now they went above and beyond to succeed in what they did for me they also helped me realize that my insurance is covered with their procedure on what they did today so I didn't have to pay out of pocket when I was fully aware to do i... read more
First appointment went well. Upon a return appointment, I’m schedule for 10am — received all 3-4 confirmation texts from Risas. I arrive at 10am this morning to a handwritten note saying there’s a meeting and they’re not opening the office until 11am. I arrive back at 10:55am, to be told I’m “early” to my appointment as my appointment is now at 12pm. With NO communication about that TO me and no confirmation FROM me that I’m even available for services at that time. Awful customer service on this front.
Thank you to all the staff at this location. As always, Doc was awesome... Special thanks to Sunny. She definitely went above and beyond. Genuinely helped me find the best plan for ME, not the overhead. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much... I recommend anyone to come here... Service was fast today also. Very nice and welcoming. Eliud was incredible and helpful! Dr.Mulleneaux was also kind and knowledgeable, answered all questions I had. Would recommend this location!!
