I scheduled an appointment two months in advance and arrived to find the office closed with no notice. Customer service couldn’t explain why. Very poor communication and a waste of my time.
I had an appointment scheduled more than two months in advance. When I arrived at the building, I discovered that the office was closed. I had received automated text reminders confirming my upcoming appointment, yet no one contacted me to inform me of the closure. I then called Risas customer service, and their system indicated that the office was open. The representative also stated that they had not received any notice about the closure. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.
