I am not satisfied with the scheduling process. Due to their scheduling system issues, a previously scheduled appointment was missed and then the patient was rescheduled 6 weeks later. As a result, the braces are now significantly overdue for adjustment and the recommended treatment schedule has been disrupted.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only did you advertise a $10 special for new patients x-ray exam. You instead billed my insurance when I specifically told the receptionist I would like to utilize the special. Unfortunately, you billed my insurance for $262 dollars which is unfair and cuts into my dental insurance for the remainder of the year. So not only have you stipend me of my dental credit within my insurance policy, you failed to notify me before doing so. Would not recommend as this cannot be reversed and I’ve l... read more
