No response from management when there is a problem.
Should be called Ripoff. For $20, you get the "Ultimate" which includes riding through their machine washing system with lots of add-ons from the machine. That's it. That does not include drying your car, cleaning your windows or touching anything on the inside. That's another $20. I don't know any car wash in Atlanta that charges $40 for a full service car wash. Oh, and you can vacuum it yourself for free. What a ripoff!

I paid 20 dollars for the ultimate car wash from y’all and my truck doesn’t even look like it has been washed. There was dirt still left on the side of the truck and the truck didn’t even look like you all took a brush to it
Went to pull into bay and no one is there to start wash. Supposedly someone on the other side sucked their keys into the vacuum. Still there is more than one person working - figure it out. Better yet take lessons from the Newnan location.
