I've never had the same workout twice. You never know what to expect! The best workout(s) I have ever done!
RIPT fitness has been life changing for me. It fits my schedule, it’s something different everyday, and the trainers are incredible to work with. The come-rotary amongst members is incredible and everyone pushes each other. Invest in yourself it’s worth it.
I took a break from RIPT for some health reasons.. and I missed it so much, I just wasn’t getting the sane work out at home. And I missed the people. So I’m back, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s a wonderful gym with positive energy. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. Plus, they have great music!! If you are debating it, just come in for a class!!

Sydney is a fabulous coach and has taught me so much that I didn’t know. I’m still on my journey but so glad I have the RIPT group to support me!
