My appointment with Ashley Stepps was to determine if their firm could handle our needs. Ms. Stepps was very professional and courteous in explaining what needed to be done and we agreed to become a client.
I deal with a lot of attorneys on a daily basis and I’m glad that they referred me to Rippy and Stepps. We have been at a complete loss, trying not to lose all of our assets from placing a family member into long-term care and Ashley has been phenomenal and a blessing. I would give them a 20 star if it would let me. Even just speaking to her the first time about everything she was able to take a indescribable amount of weight off my shoulders of worries and concerns I had.
