The WORST customer service I have ever received in my life! I called this morning trying to get information about the services offered and was hung up on. When I called back to ask more questions and ask why he hung up on me, HE DID IT AGAIN! Nick came out to provide an estimate on Oct. 2. Because of our time crunch, we initially set a start date for Oct. 16. We also had an appt. with another company for an estimate on Oct. 6. After comparing the two companies based on price, reviews and start date, we decided to go with the other company. Amazing! Job well done from bid to finish. Customer service was outstanding. Travis and his team were professional and courteous, answered our many questions, some of them even repeatedly and even played and engaged with our two small boys. We are beyond pleased with how our floors turned out. They are beautiful. We would recommend you to anyone looking for a professional company to do an outstanding job for their wood floors. This company is over the top if you have seen some the horrific floors that he has brought back to life U would say to yourself there is no company out there like Ripp n Finish. U guys are the Bomb!!!!
