Not up front about the payments; did not return text messages; treatments went on for weeks with no improvement.
Dr. Ripploh has done a great job getting my back to where I am not in constant pain, he was able to move the disc off my nerve and bring great relief. Sarah and Lisa, the office assistants are awesome too, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
