Ivy was very knowledgeable,professional,clear about hours and off day. Sold me a combination lock…I like the first month is free but I’d prefer a set rate without having to price compare in 6mths. Seems if a customer pays auto pay and isn’t late they should get the incentive to stay at the rate they started out…maybe Ivy can suggest to the DM for our area or corporate. Any way thanks Ivy for helping me with obtaining my storage unit. Thanks and God Bless!
