Used car parts in excellent condition. This is the place!
We had a great experience working with Zac at Ripple's to get rear seat brackets for a passenger van that had been discontinued by Ford. He verified they had the parts we needed, called me back promptly, sent a picture of the parts and set up shipment straight to my door. The platform they use for credit card payments was also super easy to use via text on my phone. My husband appreciated the extra time they took to label the brackets too (see photo). Thank you for the great customer service!
Their name should be RIPOFF. Bought a Engine from them,and less than rew miles later the engine went bad. They don't want to honor the contract. Will have to sue in court. Don't take chances do your business elsewhere. This issue was successfully resolved, on the advice of the warranty service. The was unlocked and starting to work normally.
