Updated as of September 2024. I currently own a home that is built by Ripple Creek. This home is about four years old and I have now experienced very costly issues. Our garage has to be replaced, the insulation , parts and motor don't fit the garage and now we have to pay a hefty price. A handful of our neighbors also had problems with their garage, so this is not an isolated incident. We have had electrical issues, an additional costly issue. I’ve known Paul for along time now. I did his personal home when I worked at a heat and air company. Ripple creek homes is an amazing place they build beautiful homes and the don’t cut corners I’d recommend them to anyone wanting a custom built home.

The owner of this company, Mr. Harris, is a liar and a thief. Woe be the person who does business with this guy. He will go to great lengths to destroy your reputation without even an attempt at rectifying the problem.
