Incorrectly read my MRI arthrogram report-- saying I did not have a tear, when I clearly did. The doctor that ordered the MRI, only looked at Deidre's report and not the actual MRI. This resulted in myself having to see another MD, who agreed that there was a clear tear showing in my MRI.
