They were very difficult to deal with and never solved any of our problems. We had a moldy smell in our master room that would not go away. We moved everything out of the room and reported it to ripperger property management. They only sent their handyman out 4 weeks later. The handyman showed up pulled the carpet and found black mold under the carpet and in the baseboards. While on speaker phone with my property manager he explained there was black mold.
