I bought an LX3310 from them several years ago, and it started having issues last summer that made it pretty much impossible to use beyond the first 20 minutes. It was a pretty complicated fix, but their service department worked with Kubota and got it running perfectly again for me. Drew and Tom at the service counter were great, and I appreciate everyone else who worked on it!
Jimmy is great and responsive. They weren’t pushy and got me the deal I wanted. Miss Black was great as well responding to paperwork request! Quick delivery as well. Can’t complain!
recently purchased a brand new Kabota RTV for my landscaping business i worked with Jimmy Cady in the sales department i could not be more happy he was able to answer all my questions and was able to process all the paperwork and even add some upgrades to the machine and I was still able to pick it up same day. i will continue to buy equipment here thanks again!
