We heard a load bang in the area of the electric water heater and furnace but didn't know what is was until the day after when we noticed that we were only getting a little hot water. The water heater had been purchased at Lowe's along with a five year protection plan. I contacted Lowe's and was given Rippelmeyer Plumbing as an authorized service provider. We could not be happier with the service provided. Office staff and tech were very friendly. Repair was made quickly at what we considered to be a very good price. We will certainly use them again in the future and will also recommend them to anyone I know.
