This is a good gym. It's clean, has the right equipment and it's not crowded which is a big deal for me. Al, the owner is a welcoming and positive guy. I wanted training sessions and he and I worked out plans that were right for my schedule and my budget. He trained me proper and taught me a lot. I'm happy to say I can now work out on my own, properly. I can pre-plan my workouts and exercise with purpose. I used to just wing it before. Both myself and a friend used the website to try to join the gym and get training and the owner didn’t even had a courtesy to call us back.
Nice clean and well lit gym. Also Lisa the massage therapist is wonderful!! Do yourself a favor and just go.
