The staff was really personal and helpful. I worked with Mr Rodney and he was excellent. He explained everything to me and the results based on the muffler I wanted. He gave me a choice of a more expensive or less expensive one and didn't push either one on me. He just explained the benefits of both. I went with his choice and I love it. Decided I wanted a little more growl in my exhaust. Rodney replied to my email the next morning, and by that afternoon, I had a brand new Flowmaster in my truck. For less money than estimated. Nice shop, nice folks, and great service. Thank you Ripley's!
David and Mark @ Ripley's Total Car Care on Rayford Rd. took great care of me. I've used Ripley's in the past for break repairs, oil changes and to make my Taurus SHO exhaust sound SWEET! This time I got into a fender bender and the original shop I had the car towed to quoted far more then I could pay. I had the car towed to Ripley's on Rayford Rd. They confirmed the repairs and had an option with an expense similar to the first shop but.... they were able to work with us and offered a "Plan-B" we could afford without sacrif... read more
Called this shop for a labor quote and they will work on other cars but not a Mustang. People on the phone are rude and want 15 hrs to install headers, my engine replacement takes less time. I would stay away from here.....

Sorry about issues. I'm not sure exactly why he would say we don't work on Mustangs. (I will discuss with all service Writers). It may be that we didn't recommend Long Tube Headers as we've experienced check engine light issues when we've installed Long Tube headers. Plus there is typically additional labor involved to install and hook up to factory exhaust. Thanks for your feedback. I wouldn't know how to address issues if people don't let me know. The guys here made my custom cat back exhaust. the Tech did it just how i needed it. I provided my own muffler "JIC Titanium" for my nissan 240sx. and it sounds and looks great! i got a crush bent pipe but he made it as straight as it could be so it flows excellently . i recommend all my friends here. :)
He is too far for me to do business. However, he has answer many questions regarding my Camaro V6 2015. Most muffler shops here were I live want to just charge you and if you don't like the sound you are screw. I wish he was closer to me I will decently give him my business. At least he let's you try the pipes first.
