I can’t express enough how my heart feels with the love and care they give my mom. Liz, on wing #1, is my comforter. She MEVER makes me feel bothersome and is always very detailed in letting me know how mom is doing. God bless the whole staff. I thank GOD everyday for giving our community such a loving and caring facility.

I was there from sept 21-sept 28.They took very good care of me.I have no complaints about my care.It was almost like summer camp-lol EXCEPT FOR the pain.Everyone was caring,understanding,and helpful.I was really impressed with the young ladies that work there.Food was great also.Also NICOLE in rehab was fantastic.She really knows her stuff.Thank you very much for the GREAT care.ALAN HOFFMAN

residents are taken well care of I use to work there
I started my nursing career at Milan Health Care center and I remember when we became Ripley Crossing. The new smells of a brand new building. The absolute joy on the faces of the residents on seeing their new rooms. the facility dog Ripley taking a leak about 30 second after ariving. I have worked in many places since I started but none as great as Ripley Crossing. It sounds like. nothing has changed.
i just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful care you provided for my grandmother, helen adams. most of the staff was so kind and caring. the facility itself was always so clean and smelled so nice. we appreciate all that you did for her and for us.
i have been to several nursing homes in my nursing career but never one like RipleyCrossing. From the administrator and her management , to the nursing department, therapy department kitchen staff and all who work there work as one team with one goal: To treat each families loved ones with love and compassion as if they are their own family. Working together as 1 team to provide the most excellent care i have seen in over 10 years. I am honored to be part of this facility and team.
