This is the third vehicle that Cam Robinson has helped us get. We appreciate that he listens to what we want in a vehicle, for a payment and he works with you and goes the extra mile. We have been very happy with Ripley and Fletcher Ford over the years. Tracy Knight in Finance does a great job! The Service Department is very accommodating and listen if we feel there may be an issue.
I have always had good service but recently I brought my Edge in to have 3 things fixed. Two were fix - quite expensively and the third was not they fixed something that didn't need to be fixed and didn't fix what needed to be fixed. Their mistake - I am continuing to wait to see if I'll be refunded for fixing a non broken part and billing me - which I paid for and waiting to see about a refund :( very frustrating.
Great buying experience, overall great price! And had the vehicle I’ve been looking for. Would recommend. Sales person Keshia Christison did a great job. Will go back!
I saved an extra $3,000 from Ripley and Fletcher from Rowe Ford Auburn t and everybody was very nice to me they wanted my business I gave them a five-star
Terrible service department and their customer service is even worse. Joe and Hank are terrible people. Worse business in the Oxford Hills area.
