I was looking for a Ford plow truck 150 and this truck came available on their lot so I went in to see what they were asking for it and they asked if I was very interested in it and I said definitely it had one owner and low mileage so I sat down with them and went through the paperwork they were very helpful on making sure I filled it out properly and then I purchased the truck had no problems getting along for it through them overall service he called few days later to check in and see how I like the truck I like to truck ... read more

I had a great experience at Ripley And Fletcher Ford. I love my new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. Randy Olsen was accommodating and answered all of my questions .
Very poor service. Purchased a new Boss HTX V plow. Right wing would collapse when pushing snow. Returned the plow for service. Plow was left for a week and was repaired. Picked up the was told they "quessed" the plow was fixed but didn't have the quage to be sure. Well it was not fixed. Took the plow to another authorized Boss dealer. This dealer fixed the problem and found several issues from original set up. Or lack there of. Cutting edge bolts loose and some missing. Return springs installed backwards causing chaffing to... read more
