RipCity Property Mgmt came into my life after the best Landlord ever past, Bob Rosholt. He and his beautiful wife ilene had managed his properties. Ilene past awhile back. New properties mgmt was RipCity and Kyle is AWESOME. He went above and beyond to help me. He would meet up with me to get my Rent check so it wouldn't be late because we could no longer leave it in owners mailbox. He answered my phone messages and followed up when I got concerning messages. I highly recommend RipCity Property Management!!! THANKS KYLE!
