Had a great first experience getting my annual exam at the Ripa Center. I was a little uneasy about going to a new practice but the facility is very clean and I saw Amanda who had excellent bedside manner and made me feel at completely at ease.
I called to make an appointment because I felt a lump in my breast. They didn’t have an appointment for a month and a half with a doctor, but were able to get me in with a nurse practitioner. Luckily she did write me a script for a mammogram, but had I taken her advice and used Cooper’s imaging centers so she could see my results faster I would’ve waited two whole months to find out I had breast cancer. Paula truly saved me today. She is an outstanding, empathetic, and deeply caring clinician who meets you exactly where you are. I never feel rushed or unheard during my visits—she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure all of my concerns are thoroughly addressed. I am so disappointed with the professionalism of the nurse practitioner of this Ripa center. I just started recieving Medicare and lost my psychiatrist who does not take my new insurance. I go to Ripa for primary care I suffer from mental disorders and could not get them to prescribe my mental health medication correctly. I’m seeing their psychiatrist on March 13 do not have enough meds until then. I have suffered extreme anxiety and fear not being able to take my meds correctly they ordered a small order that won’t hold me ... read more
