I am so disappointed with the professionalism of the nurse practitioner of this Ripa center. I just started recieving Medicare and lost my psychiatrist who does not take my new insurance. I go to Ripa for primary care I suffer from mental disorders and could not get them to prescribe my mental health medication correctly. I’m seeing their psychiatrist on March 13 do not have enough meds until then. I have suffered extreme anxiety and fear not being able to take my meds correctly they ordered a small order that won’t hold me ... read more
Paula Schlechter, APN is an outstanding provider. She is attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. She creates a safe, comfortable space and takes the time to truly understand your concerns. I always feel supported and confident in her care. Highly recommend.
every person i've encountered at the ripa center has been incredible. front desk staff, practitioners, and everyone in between! everyone is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. you feel very cared for here. so happy to have found this office :)
