We had a great experience with our split AC installation. The team worked efficiently and professionally, even though they were short a crew member that day. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know about operating and maintaining the system, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable before they left. The installation was clean, and the AC has been working perfectly. We really appreciate their hard work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC installation.
A+ service! The owner, Makana, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially with navigating our HOA approval requirements. The communication was excellent from start to finish. The installation was quick and clean, and their pricing was very fair. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I had my AC replaced a couple of months ago (3 units) Makana and his team were great, very efficient and got the new system put in and working within the week. Their price was very competitive. The units suddenly stopped working for some reason this past Friday. I tried troubleshooting but the system wouldnʻt start up. So, I called in and left a message with Makana. Dylan has serviced my AC unit several times. Always professional and very knowledgeable. He does a great job of identifying any issues, explaining them to me and fixing them promptly. The office staff, Ivey, also does a great job of communicating with me. RIPAC is a great company and I highly recommend.
