Makana, the owner, and the technicians Dylan K and Christopher helped me out in my home in Maui meadows. They were clear and fair and helped me only pick out the services I needed. I was super grateful because I don’t know much about Air conditioning. I live with my dad and we have a lot of issues with technicians trying to take advantage when we have any home services. Fantastic company! We had an issue with our AC, it was still running, but we knew it was on its way out. After calling around for quotes, RIP AC was the quickest to respond and met with us right away. Makana understood our timeline and worked with us to get everything scheduled quickly. The whole experience With this team is simply five stars. They did my original installation of all my split AC units, and have continued to maintain, including deep clean regularity. From the owner, to the scheduler to Dylan, who has maintained the units consistently the experience has been nothing but outstanding. I highly recommend them!
Dylan showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company. He did a maintenance check on our AC units.
