Very friendly and quick service. He really helped me out when I ordered the wrong size ring but didn’t have enough time to exchange it before the wedding. He had it resized by the afternoon. We were so grateful!

My daughter took a bible to have it engraved. She wrote out what was to be printed on the bible. The lady who took her order read it out to her. My daughter told her it was correct. When my daughter picked the bible up, she reviewed it and the last name was misspelled. She told the lady as well as the owner that the name was misspelled. My daughter was told that they go by the handwriting. She explained that when she had originally placed the order the lady asked her about the spelling of the last name and confirmed it.
