I first contacted Rios Services last year after looking at the Google reviews. I thought the furnace was making noise, but it turned out to be an unrelated issue that had nothing to do with the furnace or HVAC system. Juan was very professional, had a great attitude, and took care of the issue while also checking the furnace. More recently, I had a new system installed through Rios, and so far I’m very happy with the service and the install process.
This company is sharp, fast and fair. Had my maintenance contract with a large company who was just here to service my unit, and missed a very obvious failure on my AC unit. These guys pointed it out to me right away and within minutes, my issues were solved. Would recommend these folks to anybody Who wants good reliable and honest service.
