We have known Jose for several years and he has helped us with multiple projects. He recently completed absolutely beautiful custom wood radiator covers for our 1920's house. Jose always goes above and beyond to help, is kind, generous, fair, and does exceptional work. I am completely confident the job will be done right. I have ordered furniture and paid 50% deposit. Jose had promised to deliver the products in 3-4 weeks. It’s has been over 6 months and still waiting for delivery. I have worked with many contractors over the years but this one has shown utter lack of professionalism, communication and ethics. I would recommend any one considering Rios Wood working and Jose to stay away from him and save yourself from frustration.
