I recently hired Rios Fence Company. This company is nothing but a sham. Their customer service is horrible and they don't follow up on what they say they're going to do. Requested our deposit back after waiting entirely too long for anything to be done. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them. There are other fence companies who will follow through on what they say they're going to do. We found someone else to get the job done.

Rio's installed my fence and gate. The gate was and forged and it is amazing looking. I would never trust anyone else to do build my gate and fence. You're not going to get a low quality type fence from this company. I own a small business as well and this company goes above and beyond with the quality of work. All of his employees exactly what to do when they got their cleaned up their mess when they were finished. It did take a little bit of time to build my gate but definitely worth the wait.

Ernesto built our fence 2 1/2 years ago (wrought iron and wood around 2 acres) and has come back a few times to service it. Once it was a major repair but a few times it has been user error or blown fuses. He has even come and replaced the fuse when my dog sitter hit the gate and we were out of town. He just made a late night repair at our place and was one of the most pleasant people my husband and I have dealt with. I ordered my gate in mid-July, and it's now mid-September and it's still not ready. What a joke. Can I give them less than one star somehow?

I wouldn't use them either. Why? Because they never have the time or interest in performing the work. We waited 3 months and finally had to ask for our deposit back. How they stay in business is beyond anyone's understanding.

I would NOT recommend using this fence co. They give you nothing but the run around! They don't return phone calls and they don't complete the job if you can even get them to show up! We had them out last year in Feb to fix our gate and to paint our fence. They came and fixed the gate and left the raw hinges showing and no painted fence. We went to their location several times and they kept saying we will be there tomorrow and never showed up! I would not recommend this company to anyone, they have given us nothing but a run around on when they are starting our fence. the salesman "Steve" will not call us back we have to call him, then he says they'll be out on Monday but never shows, he said our fence would be up by December the6th, this is December 23, still nothing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
