I have been renting the same place for the last 9 years from Riordan's and have nothing but the highest praise for their work efforts...
I just built a new studio at a beachfront house. Nice company staff who has been totally on it. Theyhave a nice client list. And I have enjoyed working with them thanks a again max
We've been renting through Riordan Real Estate for years and have always had a pleasant experience. On our most recent vacation we had a couple of issues and I could not be more pleased with the manner in which the staff and management handled them. They were attentive, prompt, and effective. It is clear that customer service is a top priority at Riordan and it shows. I will continue to do business there and highly recommend others to do the same.
Did a weekly rental at the Dolphin in June. Upon arrival we found mold on the floor, shower curtain and vents, rusted kitchen sink, filthy toaster oven that we didn’t even use. We notified the Riordan twice and was told the info would passed along to the owner. Was a walk thru done prior to our arrival? We checked out a day early and was told that we must keep really clean homes, maybe too neat. I have pictures but no one seemed intrested. Rude and pretentious service at best.
