Pretty gross and moldy. Air conditioners covered in mold, no central air, not a plug in fan or ceiling fan. Moldy shower curtains. My entire family became sick staying here. What a way to spend a vacation. It doesn’t seem they clean very much.
I have been renting the same place for the last 9 years from Riordan's and have nothing but the highest praise for their work efforts...
I just built a new studio at a beachfront house. Nice company staff who has been totally on it. Theyhave a nice client list. And I have enjoyed working with them thanks a again max
