Brought my new 24 F250 truck into the service department earlier this year for a light that came on on the dash. They said it was something to do with my front radar and kept the truck for 2 days and could not figure it out. I was finally able to get my truck back to Louisiana to the dealership where it was purchased. After 6 hours they called and sent photos of a damaged from radar. I'd like to share my experience working with Christina in Finance since I already knew what I wanted and outside of haggling price I was a laydown for the salesman. Christina walked me thru the pro's and cons of warranties, gap insurance and made me feel like I was making the decision instead of it being forced on me.
