A great place to do business. Any questions were promptly answered.
Dead battery unsure why on 23 f 150 called said bring it in will get to it in a couple days .I'm traveling and needed checked under warranty work .sure I'll just drive it with dead battery and can't start.no offer to send tow truck..had toed in and all they were gonna do was charge the battery and leave it be for a couple days no testing or checking electric system .when calling to get info on problem the service department got mad and started to get upset that I was checking on progress eventually could hear swearing in bac... read more
I've been to many dealerships and let me tell you this is the Bellagio of car dealers. From sales to service this place checks all the boxes. when the format changes to more than 5 stars I will be adding many many more. My truck was towed in and the service department had my truck fixed the same day and even washed it. I tried calling closer dealers and they basically told me they could not help me and I was SOL. Thanks Rio Vista Ford!!!!!!!!!!!
