Don't rent from here! Front office never answers their phones and the ladies up there are so rude and disrespectful. Once you say something that they don't like they will ignore all your emails and calls. For example i told them a certain date didn't work for me and the front office lady got an attitude and told me "oh well" then stopped answering my emails and nobody answers that damn phone. so unprofessional. The property has so much potential although the front office brings the value down

The move in experience was satisfactory. For those who are not computer literate, an option for in-office assistance should be made available to complete applications/contracts etc. in-office with a Rio Santa Fe Leasing Agent. So as to prevent unnecessary errors and delays in processing documents.
