Wonder quick experience. Staff took the time to show me the different units and pricing options. She was super friendly and professional
DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY CONTROL WHEN YOU CAN COOL YOUR UNIT AND ITS NOT IN THE CONTRACT. It’s 90 in TUCSON AND WE HAVE NO AC OR “chiller” because it’s not even AC. THEY ALSO HAVE A ROACH PROBLEM. THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF SU CH AS THE CURRENT MANAGER ARE NOT SUITED FOR MANAGER ROLES AS THEY INTERRUPT AND SPEAK OVER THEIR RESIDENTS. I’ve paid my rent on time every month and this is the treatment this place gives.
My goodness, only kudos for Sherri and Ashley, wonderful Ladies, they have everything ready when I move in to my new apartment , also thank you so much to Hector the supervisor maintenance, he fix my concerns and very polite. Thank you so much
Miss Ashley is super friendly. She always listens to the people and tries everything in her power to come up with a solution. She is always so happy and eager to help. Please give Miss Ashley a raise, she puts up with more than she should.
I an VERY overdue to write a review for Sherie and Ashley in the office here at Rio Vista. Firstly, Sherie was exceptionally patient, kind, and communicative with our move ladt summer. We were transferring from a different HSL community and I am so grateful Sherie was the one who handled everything for us because moving is very stressful and Sherie was an angel through it all.
