This place was everything we were searching for! The property and all the wonderful amenities sold me before even entering the apartment for a tour!!! The apartments are so spacious and newly-updated. Highly recommend this complex and look forward to going HOME! THANK YOU RIO VISTA!
I went in to view an apartment, Jasmine in the leasing office was great! Very inviting and friendly, I immediately felt comfortable. During the tour she provided all the information I needed, I barely had any questions.
Everything was perfect an on time!
I love it here. The people are so good and welcoming and people here are so friendly, and safe. I’ve been living here for over a year and I’m looking forward to living here another year and more. They’ve helped me so much, and have been reasonable for my needs. I hope to continue working and improving here.
Nice place affordable rent. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops.
