Friendly office staff, but that's about the only positive. I was shown a quiet model apartment and then given a completely different unit across from a pool with constant noise and little privacy. The appliances were much older than what I was shown, & I wasn't told the complex uses a swamp cooler instead of A/C. It barely cools the bedroom and still costs an EXTRA fee to run. Maintenance said that's just the way it is and if I want it colder I can buy a fan or I can leave the chiller on all day which is just going to cost m... read more
I’ve lived at this complex for five years, and I just renewed today. It’s a very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. But what makes the biggest difference for me is the office staff. Gabrielle is so warm and professional. They’re there to help, anything you need. Highly recommend.
