Such a lovely place to stay. The owner was very hospitable. We were one of only a few guests the night we stayed, and since there wasn't anyone to make a big breakfast for so she brought it right to our room. We'll definitely be back!
We got married at Rio Villa and it was amazing! Karen is great to work with and we were able to create our dream wedding with the only restriction being our DJ had to turn down at 10.
Rio Villa is a beautiful place to get away and just relax. There are canoe rentals right outside the cabin area and the river is your back yard. We have stayed here at Rio Villa many times and we always have a fantastic time.I love the the cabins they are so comfortable and have all the amenities of home. I always bring my dog she loves it too, we have our own private patio or if your up stairs it is a private balcony. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were in #8 which has a balcony. Rather rustic but clean. We brought our 88# German Shepard and had no problems from anyone there. There are numerous spots to sit and enjoy the scenery. We were on the Russian River and saw birds coming and going on the river. In the room There were 3 tv controllers so it took a moment to figure out which one to use. One odd thing, we were asked to wash up our dishes.
