Please note if you have medicaid he refuses to give prescriptions that are over the counter that medicaid does pay for but with a prescription. I called his office multiple times to let them know I did not have $30 to buy Differin cream for acne that is over the counter and he refused to send a script. I was also told by person over phone that if I did not follow doctors orders my daughter would not get better.
Dr. Hornaday was good but the office staff is horrendous. They are riddled with incompetency and quite rude. They strive for mediocrity and rarely attain it.
RecommendedDr. was great with my son. He has been acne free for 2 years and has beautiful skin now.
Great doctor&staff...Very caring&helpful.
Hohnadel is a bad doctor and a vile human being. He does not spend more than 2-3 minutes with a patient, does not listen to any concern, and he is rude. Don't ever see him. There are other decent doctors in Harlingen.
If they had a -10 I would rate it that. Doctor was great but the front desk customer service was HORRIBLE !
Dr. Hohnadel was excellent with my daughter and very patient with me. His staff is caring and competent.
