De las peores experiencias que he tenido, la cita era a la 1:30 me están atendiendo dos horas más tarde porque necesitan la referencia que no me dijeron que tenía que presentar y me pidieron llamar al médico primario pero el fax de aquí no estaba recibiendo y no me decían que no me pasaban porque no se recibía el fax , ósea me dejaron ahí sentada esperando por dos horas sin decir nada
Tried to get through to their office EVERY DAY for a week. ALL mailboxes are full. Never answer the phone. Front office staff are insufficient and work at a snail’s pace
I’ve been scheduled at 9am two separate times to be told they are short staffed and there would be over an hour wait. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment if you have a job, or life. I guess I don’t understand if they are shortstaffed then why schedule so many people per day
