Great customer service. Representative called us within minutes from reserving our unit online. Very quick and easy process.
It was the most frustrating experience signing up for a storage unit. They do not have someone on site. Everything is handled by phone. After I had an awful time getting the storage unit I found out you had to buy a special lock. We had already moved our stuff in. I canceled due to this terrible process and had move the stuff to another Storage company. They had someone on site and the process was fast and seamless. They even provided a lock. Stay away from this company….
You may be on hold a little while to speak to someone but once you get there, they are wonderful to speak with and do a great job for you.
