Not even 3 months into renting and they are ALREADY sent me a notice about increasing the price of the rent by about 40%. I saw another review saying they had been increasing the price on them too constantly. My guess is they sign you at the start low only to drive the price up after. Anyway just keep that in mind when shopping for storage here.
Extremely disappointed with KO storage. We have three climate control units and have noticed a significant decline in the upkeep of the facility. There are several dead insects in the buildings, along with trash inside and outside. In addition, the grassy areas are not being maintained. The previous owners, Rio Storage, always maintained the facility clean inside and out. KO storage has yet to do the same.
Easily completed all documents online. I had a question, and found the appropriate phone number on their page. Their representative was very helpful ! We are looking forward to our moce in. Thank you!
