***UPDATE: Just about everything in the owner's response to this review is a straight up LIE. This is the first I'm hearing of supposedly "shorting them" on the original job. Also when I called about the non-working light I never said that I thought it was something they did.. just that it suddenly stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Promised to come out after 4pm to fix the electric linked to our heater. We even told them we could wait until Monday... (this was last Thursday) to come out and fix it. We had to call them at 430 at which point they said they could not make it. Horrible customer service.
Rio Solado Electric came and gave a quote, and based upon the reviews I went with them. They came a couple days later and did the job. I asked if they needed access to the panel (because I keep it locked) and they said no they will just get the power from the garage door opener. While they were working on it many lights in the house were flickering, going on and off, etc. It wasn't just on / or off, but it seemed odd. Larry and Rio Salado Electric are the electricians I will always refer to others when it comes up - last night was a perfect example why....After business hours and a wire on the exterior fuse box burnt out and we were dead in the water. I called Rio Salado, and because they were busy the next day, Larry just opted to come right out and get us fixed up for a VERY reasonable amount...these guys are the best!
Such nice guys to work with! Professional, reasonable prices, and very helpful in explaining the problems to me. Recommend highly!
