First windshield the molding came off, they said they could not just replace the molding had to do whole new windshield again. Second time new windshield does not fit well, leaks water, and road noise at highway speed is very loud. Does not seem safe. Not allowing them a 3rd attempt, going elsewhere.
One star, as there is no option for anything less. While I'm all for supporting local businesses, I'm very disappointed in my last purchase with Rio Rancho Glass. I had done business with them many years ago and never had a problem and thought possibly that the bad review I saw, was just a rare issue, but I guess this is the way they want to run their business.
