This neighborhood is run by a very strict hoa handing out violations for weeds, dogs barking, noise violations, etc.. They have someone driving around taking pictures of weeds, then a random man knocks on your door with landscaping flyers offering to take care of your weeds same day u have a violation hung on your door. Mail is delivered by wittmann so unless you know this and use a surprise address you will never get your mail delivered. Constantly had missing mail.

This community seems to be done right - parks, playgrounds, volleyball. The homes are nice and the sales staff at DR Horton have been great to work with and have made the buying process for our family member a joyful one.
