I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the practice owner or regional manager. My daughter initially came to your office for cosmetic dental bonding. At her first appointment, no X-rays were taken and no comprehensive evaluation was completed before proceeding with a teeth whitening treatment and scheduling the bonding procedure for the following day. Yesterday after I was finished with the dental cleaning and trying to leave, I was told I needed to pay $61 for the cleaning service. I repelled I am Press Medicare and have never paid for cleaning. The gentleman said that RR Dental h hasn’t taken Press Medicare the last two years and didn’t understand why I wasn’t told before. Apparently I had some kind of refund that was being used to pay previous cleanings. This was an unfortunate mistake. However , the empls were kind.
My hygienist at Rio Rancho Dental Arts , well she is the bestest most wonderful person I could have working on me. Her name is Sandra. I will only go to her.
